Quoted over phone with expected invoice amount ($250) before confirming appointment next day. (Best to have this work done before first cold snap of weather.) Received confirmation of timeframe to expect employee. Received photo confirmation of who would be doing the work and that they were on their way. Michael was respectful of gas fireplace area, putting down floor protection before getting to work. He quickly determined the issue (pilot clogged with calcium buildup) and was done with complete cleaning within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this company for professionalism, quick diagnosis and thorough cleanup afterward.

From inspection to installation, everything went very smooth. Johnathan came out and did the inspection and returned for the installation. He swapped out our old vented logs for new ventless. He took his time to explain everything and was very cordial. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. It feels good to know that there are still people that take pride in their work.
