What started as one man with a brush and a dream has grown into the Mid-South's premier chimney, gas log, and dryer vent service business.
Beginning in 1978, Doug Ault & wife Irma began Abbey Road Chimney Sweep, growing their business over four decades of faithful service to customers in the Greater-Memphis area. Their family-owned and operated business was built on the core values of excellence, integrity, and craftsmanship.
Looking to retire, and wanting to leave their customers in capable hands, the Aults decided to bring Timothy Weaver into the business in 2017 to help expand the range of services offered by Abbey Road. With Timothy's background in mechanical and gas, and over a decade of experience in the trades, he was the right man for the job! After five years of transitioning the business to Timothy's capable hands, Doug & Irma retired in 2022.
Today, Abbey Road's growing team includes CSIA-certified chimney sweeps, NFI-certified gas log specialists, and CSIA-certified Dryer Exhaust Technician dryer vent professionals. Abbey Road's customer service, professionalism, quality of work, and ability to get the job done is unmatched by industry peers.
